Vertical Fitness is a fun, flirty and exciting fitness based class that is perfect for anyone who wants a full body workout or if you are looking to advance in your vertical fitness journey. This is your first stop to exploring pole dance and fitness. You will be required to take at least 1 of these classes unless you test out to move to level 1.
What to bring:
Socks, leggings or shorts, water and whatever else you like to dance in. This class can be done barefoot.
It's time to take the things you learned in Intro to the next level! You will be taken through form, conditioning and strength based exercises which will prepare you for climbing and performing higher on the pole tricks in Level 2.

This class is fitness based working on climbing the pole while performing different body positions. We will be working on building strength, coordination and flexibility.
You will need to take 6 Level 1 classes to move up to level 2.

Level 3 is going to introduce the students to inverting, leg hangs, climbing and much much more. We will work on endurance by increasing our hang time on the pole.
You will need to take at least 6-8 Pole Fitness - Level 1 & 2
What to bring:

You will learn some new flowy dance and floor moves that will help you transition between tricks and spins on the pole. This will help your mind get moving to create your own flow. This is a very open class to all levels. It allows students to create movement as an individual or create a choreographed routine with others. All Level 1 Moves!
What to bring:
Heels, socks, knee pads and shorts whatever else you like to dance in. This class can be done barefoot.
This is a combination of circus fitness with dance based movement. This will include the introduction of Silks, Hoop, Trapeze and Chinese Pole. Learn the basic physical vocabulary of aerial arts through fun, challenging and attainable progressions. Apparatus-specific conditioning and flexibility are also introduced to help build your sustainable aerial foundation.
What to bring:
Always be prepared. Be sure to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated and cool. Be comfortable.
We recommend form fitting leggings or yoga pants that cover the back of your knees. Shirts must be long enough to tuck in. We recommend a leotard or unitard for the additional protection they provide. A long sleeve shirt to protect your under arms when necessary. Shorts and cropped tops are not recommended. Bare feet are appropriate for most classes.
No Shoes or Jewelry.
This hour-long session gives you the chance to practice Vertical Fit or Aerial at your own pace. This is not a teacher guided class, but a teacher will be present to answer questions. You must attend at least 2 vertical fitness classes to play on the poles and at least 2 aerial classes to play on the aerial equipment. Silver Members are welcome to use the studio at this time to practice dance routines or they may exercise using tools like the TRX.
This class focuses on movements with the purpose of conditioning, posture, balance, and muscle memory. Class can include cardio, aerobic, and weight bearing exercises, learning free style technique, use of props with your dance as well as center floor and traveling combinations.
Burlesque dance is an old cabaret style dance that's all about the tease. It's sassy, sexy, and classically playful. Learn fun, sexy routines from this performance dance!
This level will challenge you with new moves and choreography. This class will help prepare you for the Burlesque performance series.
You must take at least 4 Intro to Burlesque before moving to this class.
Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements.
Dancing in heels makes you feel confident and sexy, and is known for instilling an added sense of confidence and power.
FUSION: This class will also include learning chair dance.
We will explore sensual movement dance style while using the chair as a dance apparatus and partner.
What to bring:
Please bring a comfy pair of your favorite heels and wear whatever you feel comfortable in. We do not recommend skirts or dresses at this time of practice. Knee pads recommended.
Hula hoop fitness is a fun and energized class with fun music and some awesome people! Low impact but an accessible full body workout for people of all fitness levels. You will learn beginner hula hoop techniques and transitions.
What to bring:
Wear comfortable leggings, shorts, active wear, indoor work out shoes, barefoot and or socks.
This is a progressive class and we will be building upon your hoop skills each week We will first focus on learning specific hoop tricks each week that are the foundation of hoop flow. We will drill these tricks and their variations in order to develop muscle memory. This is crucial for finding your flow and going deeper into the movement meditation that is flow arts. We will then expand on these by working on transitions and trick combinations.
What to wear:
The more skin you have exposed, the better. The hoop will stick to bare skin better than clothing which makes these complex tricks easier to achieve. Clothing needs to be tight fitting, anything lose can get tangled in your hoop. No shoes, socks only. No jewelry. If you have your own hoop then please feel free to bring it. There will be hoops of various sizes at the gym for you to borrow if you don’t have your own.
This class is designed to lift and shape your booty. Tone N Twerk workout starts with a toning routine that tightens your glutes. Then loosen up and learn a fun twerk dance that will surely make you feel sexy.
What to bring:
Please wear flexible, loose and comfortable clothing. Knee pads recommended.
Stretching and Flexibility class introduces various techniques of flexibility training as well as techniques that are especially designed to improve your range of movement.
Low intensity
All levels welcome! This strength-based class incorporates the TRX suspension system, which can be used to address every muscle group. TRX is a great body weight workout that helps challenge stabilizing muscles while building strength.
Low - Moderate intensity
This class with focus on strength training for handstands, forearm stands, and other hand balancing poses. We will spend some of the time stretching Splits and straddles.
Moderate intensity
The Turn Up motto is to live loudly, dance ruthlessly, & evolve unapologetically. This class is so much more than just a physical workout—it’s a workout for the mind & soul. It’s a safe space to be yourself, & even unleash parts of yourself you didn’t know you had. These workouts are intense, sexy, fun, & life changing. We incorporate HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, and dance. All experience levels are welcome. Come embrace the challenge, & step into your power!
What to wear:
Something comfortable to jump/dance around and sweat in! That could be sweats & a baggy t-shirt, yoga pants, booty shorts & a crop top…whatever makes you feel comfortable & powerful! I’d say a little swaggy is kind of the vibe. Definitely some Clean indoor athletic shoes too.
Moderate Intensity
We will focus on total body while using light to moderate weighted barbells for 50 minutes. This targets the entire body while strengthening the core and improving bone health.
High intensity
