✨ All Access Studio Use Rules
All Access time provides space for training, practicing skills, and rehearsing. These rules keep the studio safe, fair, and consistent for everyone.
Allowed During All Access
- Solo practice
- Practicing with other All Access members
- Rehearsing for Epic Motion shows
- Rehearsing for outside shows as long as the participation rules below are met
Participation Rules
You may practice with others only if:
- Everyone in the room is an All Access member, or
- Non–All Access participants pay a $10 drop-in or your allotted guest pass per membership, and
- They only use equipment they are trained for
- They follow all safety and studio rules
- Allows access from 5am - 10pm, 7 days a week unless classes or events are on the schedule.
- Please bring earbuds if you have a specific music preference, as there may be others training at the same time.
Non-All Access guests may NOT:
- Use pole or aerial without prior training
- Enter the studio without the hosting member present
What Is Not Allowed During All Access
All of the following require a studio rental:
- Private lessons
- Coaching or instruction of any kind unless a studio instructor is leading
- Team practices where money is exchanged
- Large-group or organized rehearsals
- Any session where the space needs to be private
No money may be exchanged for lessons, coaching, or group practices during All Access.
Payment for those activities may only occur if the studio rental has been formally booked.
Studio Rentals
For private, team, or revenue-generating use:
- $100/hour standard rate
- $50/hour instructor rate
Rentals allow exclusive use of the studio and permission to charge participants if desired.
All Access on the Schedule
- All Access sessions appear as class-style practice blocks
- Class capacities are fixed and cannot be changed
- Reserve your spot like any other class
These sessions must stay true to personal training and small practice use only.
Equipment & Space Expectations
- Reset the studio to the exact setup you found
- Clean poles, mats, chairs, and any equipment used
- Do not move poles, rigging or aerial equipment
- Only use equipment you are trained to use (approval required)
