Key code access may be granted to the following individuals, subject to approval and training:
All – Access Studio Use & Reservations
Key Code Holders may access the studio for self-guided, non-instructional practice between 5:00 AM and 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
All studio use must be:
Members may practice choreography learned outside the studio and may use online or recorded instructional content individually. Earbuds are strongly encouraged when working with specific music or choreography.
All reservations must:
Instruction, Teaching, & Payment
All-Access membership and key code access do not permit instruction of any kind.
This includes:
Any instructional activity or exchange of payment, whether between members, guests, or outside instructors. This constitutes a studio rental and requires a separate rental agreement.
Epic Motion Dance Studio insurance does not cover private or outside instruction.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or revocation of key code and All-Access privileges.
Equipment Use & Special Approvals
Only equipment that a member has been trained and approved to use may be utilized during All-Access practice.
This includes:
Use of any equipment outside of standard dance and fitness practice must receive prior approval. Unapproved or unsafe equipment use is prohibited.
Failure to follow equipment use guidelines may result in loss of access privileges.
Guests & Drop-Ins
Guests are permitted only with prior approval and must:
Guests may participate in shared, non-instructional practice only.
Guests may not:
Any instructional activity involving guests requires a studio rental. Discovery of unauthorized instruction or payment may result in loss of access privileges.
Studio Etiquette & Facility Rules
All key code holders are expected to follow studio etiquette and facility rules, including but not limited to:
All studio policies apply equally to students, instructors, volunteers, and key code holders.
Key Code Security & Closing Procedures
Key codes are issued to individuals only and may not be shared.
Members are responsible for properly completing all opening and closing procedures as outlined during training.
If closing procedures are missed or improperly completed three (3) times, All-Access and key code privileges may be suspended. Access will be reinstated only after retrainingis completed and approved.
Unauthorized use of the studio or failure to follow procedures may result in immediate loss of access privileges.
Training Requirements
Before receiving key code access, members must complete:
Key box usage training
Opening and closing procedures
Review of studio policies and etiquette
Booking studio reservations through Momence
Store and payment procedures
Annual refresher training is required.
